Jeffrey W. Hall will be our Research and Development Director in the USA directly reporting to Dr. Sherry Layton, Global CSO and to the Vetanco Board of Directors.
Jeff obtained a B.S. degree in Biology; and minors in Genetics and Chemistry at Oregon State University, and a Ph.D. from the Microbiology, Immunology, and Cancer Biology Program from the University of Minnesota. Following a three-year post-doctoral fellowship, he moved into the animal health industry where he worked in research, production development, and regulatory areas related to swine biologicals. Recently, Jeff had been working as an independent consultant, helping companies develop assays and clinical trial data for licensing.
Using his industry experience and scientific background as a molecular biologist, Jeff will lead the development and USDA licensure of Vetanco USA’s innovative BioTec Vac vaccine platform, focusing initially on poultry and swine, as well as new product proposals for commercialization. Jeff will be based in Minneapolis, MN, near Vetanco USA, Inc’s R&D labs.
