From the 10 to 13rd of past March, 60 guests joined us for a 3 days event at the Conrad Hotel in Punta del Este.
During this sessions were conducted technical seminars and a corporate presentation specifically prepared for our livestock distributors and a group of veterinarians and consultants in swine production.
We also explained and discussed with our customers our last year’s growth which turned us to be a company that is clearly among the leaders of the local and international veterinary industry with presence today in more than 40 countries.
Were described some of the projects we have in our pipeline, deriving from high tech alliances with foreign universities and the local INTA. And announced and investment of $ 5 million dollars in a new production site in the industrial area of General Rodriguez, which together with the existing units in Villa Martelli of Buenos Aires, and Chapecó in Brazil will continue supporting our steady growth in the intensive food production markets.
In the technical presentations, was launched a new range specifically aimed for the treatment of metabolic deficiencies: Calvetan Up, Calvetan 50 and Catiobax Mix.
Also were presented new projects and products for the swine pig sector where Vetanco decided to share the significant growth and positive perspectives of it.
The rest, and the most, of the time was dedicated to planned activities of leisure and relax, which we offered as a present to this group of loyal customers and users that during 2010 worked very hard to help us achieve our extremely demanding commitments.
We hope this 2010 budget closing event will bring everybody the strength we need for a new challenging year.
