TUBERCULIN BOVINE PPD^® VETANCO

PRESCRIPTION

• Anus-flow test: Intradermal application of 0.1 ml of PPD bovine tuberculin in the middle third of the anus fold – internal flow, about 6 cm from the base of the tail and in the center of the fold. The reading will be performed at 72 hours (+/- 6 hours) after the injection by raising the tail until slightly stretching the fold, comparing the thickness of the skin of the injected fold with the opposite that will serve as a control.
• Simple cervical test: Intradermal inoculation of 0.1 ml of bovine tuberculin PPD in the middle third of the neck. The reading will be done 72 hours after the injection by again measuring the thickness of the skin with a gauge and comparing it with the measurement taken before the injection.
